Nevertheless, the general sales conditions and guarantees applicable to the order of products placed by a buyer on the site are those accepted by the buyer at the time of placing the order. In the event that one or more products ordered by a buyer are temporarily or permanently unavailable, or if the delivery time exceeds the date indicated at the time of the order by more than ten days (except in the case of force majeure), the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE will inform the buyer by email. He will then be offered, at his choice, to modify his order or to cancel it and thus to obtain reimbursement within 30 days following his request.

Any promotional offers are valid as long as they are announced on the site.
The products remain the property of ALLIANCE NATURELLE until the complete payment of the price.
Article 5: Placing an order
An order is deemed to have been placed on the site and the general conditions of sale and guarantees accepted as soon as the buyer has validated his payment. ALLIANCE NATURELLE reserves the right to cancel any order from a buyer with whom there is a previous payment dispute or for any other legitimate reason, especially with regard to the abnormal nature of the order.
Article 6: Postage and delivery
We deliver the MIMESIS products in Metropolitan France: For any order made by the buyer, and validated by the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE, the available goods are shipped within 10 working days. The products are delivered by Colissimo France, for a fixed amount indicated during the validation of the order basket. The applicable shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer, payable when the order is placed.
The amount of these shipping costs can be partially or totally offered by the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE in case of special offers communicated to the buyer and clearly indicated on the site when placing the order.
Your parcel is delivered, except in case of force majeure, within an average period of 10 working days in Metropolitan France via Colissimo.
The tracking number communicated by the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE and available in the customer area allows you to follow in real time the delivery of your parcel. In case of absence during the delivery of your parcel or in case of impossibility to access your mailbox, you can recover your parcel at your post office, provided with its tracking number. If the package is not claimed from your post office within 15 days of the delivery date, the package will be returned to the sender.
In this case, the Buyer will be reimbursed for the amount of the Order, delivery costs deducted, by any means, at the choice of the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE.
No dispute concerning the delivery itself is possible if the parcel appears to have been delivered, the computer system (flashing) of the Post Office being the proof.
Any erroneous or missing mention in the delivery address and the identity of the BUYER discharges the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE from the responsibility of the delivery.
Upon receipt of the order, the buyer is obliged: To formulate all reservations and claims to the employee of the Post Office or to refuse the parcel if it is likely to have been opened or damaged. To report these incidents to the Customer Service Department whose contact details are indicated in Article 8 of these general conditions of sale. This must be done without delay and at the latest within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Failing this, the order shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition and may not be the subject of any subsequent dispute.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of seven working days from receipt of the order to return, at his own expense, any product that does not suit him according to the procedure described below.
Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded. The returns are to be made to ALLIANCE NATURELLE 91 Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré 75008 Paris, in the original packaging, complete and with the inviolability protections intact, accompanied by a copy of the invoice on which the buyer will have clearly indicated the products he is returning. Payment is the final step in the validation of the order. The buyer may modify any of the elements of his order at any time, until he validates his payment. When the payment is confirmed by the buyer, the order is validated and becomes final. The buyer will receive an email from the company
ALLIANCE NATURELLE acknowledging receipt and summarising the elements of the order he has placed, at the email address he has indicated. The company
ALLIANCE NATURELLE recommends the buyer to keep this information on a paper or computer document. The order will only be sent when the full payment of the order has been received and collected by the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE. The amount due is indicated during the validation of the order. As long as an order of product(s) has not been paid in full, the product(s) remains the property of the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE
Payment is due at the time of ordering, by credit card. Only payments in Euros are accepted. In case the payment of a buyer is rejected by the bank, the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE reserves the right to cancel the sending of his order. Any new order made by this buyer can be suspended or cancelled by the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE.
Article 10: Payment security
The buyer will have to provide on the Site, at the time of his order, the information relative to his bank card which will be requested (card number, validity date, cryptogram on the back of the card). The transaction will be carried out in a secure manner through the Paypal payment service (paypal.com). By communicating his bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE proceeds to the secure transaction.
The customer therefore authorises in advance his bank to debit his account at the sight of the records or statements transmitted by the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE, even in the absence of invoices signed by the cardholder.
The authorisation to debit the customer's account is always given for the amount of the purchased Product as invoiced by the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE . All data entered by the buyer during his payment by credit card are immediately encrypted thanks to the SSL protocol and recorded on the Paypal server. The information is entered directly in connection with the Paypal payment server. This information is known only to Paypal. No payment data concerning the buyer is stored on the website www.mimesisparfums.com, thus avoiding any possibility of fraud by hacking the website.
The company ALLIANCE NATURELLE never knows the credit card number entered and it is never stored on its server.
Article 11: Invoicing
An invoice is established for each order and made available to the buyer by sending a summary e-mail. Any complaint concerning the invoices must be brought to the attention of the company ALLIANCE NATURELLE by e-mail within 10 days of their receipt ("Contact" section). Otherwise, they are considered as accepted without any reservation. The possible incomplete delivery of an order cannot justify the refusal of payment of the delivered products. Any dispute between the customer and the company shall in no case be a cause for suspension of the payment of the undisputed part of the invoice.

Article 12: Liability
